By using the services offered by B’s Mobile Auto Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting or approving any work.

1. No Professional Certification

I, the individual performing the services, am not an ASE-certified mechanic or licensed automotive technician. Any work performed is done based on personal experience and knowledge, and should not be considered professional or certified automotive repair.

2. Assumption of Risk

By agreeing to any service or repair work, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the work performed. You understand that:

You are voluntarily choosing to have work done by an individual without formal certification.
You assume full responsibility for any potential damage, malfunction, safety issues, or consequences resulting from the services rendered.
You will not hold me liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property, vehicles, or persons resulting from services provided.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

No warranty is provided on any work or parts.
There is no guarantee that the work will meet professional standards or comply with local, state, or federal regulations.

4. Release of Liability

By accepting services, you agree to release, waive, and discharge me (the service provider) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the services performed.

5. Independent Agreement

This agreement is independent of any verbal or written communication unless stated otherwise in a formal document. You confirm that you understand and accept this agreement by:

Booking or requesting services,
Bringing your vehicle for service,
Or allowing work to begin in any capacity.
