At B’s Mobile Auto Service, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work, all sales and services are final, and we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Please note the following:

  • Once a service has been approved and completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Payments made for diagnostics, parts, labor, or other services are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with any service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concerns.

Warranty & Rework:

Although we do not offer refunds, we may offer limited rework or warranty on services performed, depending on the nature of the issue and at our discretion. Any warranty terms will be explained clearly at the time of service.
